The Kings Arms delivers gastro pub classics made to a high standard along with more progressive style dishes for the adventurous foodie. These include Roast Rump and Crispy Breast of Lamb served with ratatouille, samphire and thyme roasting juices. All made with the freshest local ingredients and beautifully prepared by Todd Francis who trained and worked with the Hells Kitchen star Marco Pierre White at his Hampshire pub.

1. Who or what is your favourite produce or producer in the region ?
Cornish seafood is consistently fantastic.

2. When not eating your own food, where do you like to eat well?
Casa Mia, Robin Hood pub, Tampopo

3. Where would you like to be in 5 years time?
Running my own freehold pub in the country.

4. If money was no object where would you most like to eat?
El Bulli (Barcelona)

5. What is your secret to making the perfect omelette?
There is a couple of schools of thought on the subject. Hot and fast or cooler and slower, its all about fresh eggs and a good quality non-stick pan.
